The results show that education and employment have a significant and positive relationship with the involvement of women workers when education and employment increase women’s participation also increases but migration has a negative and negative relationship with the involvement of women workers when women migrate more than female workers. Force participation to participate. This has a clear effect on the fact that if women’s education is high and the government provides resources, then the number of women participants will increase in Pakistan.
