Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Leadership Practices: Examine how entrepreneurial leaders incorporate sustainability into their business models and the leadership traits facilitating this integration

Abstract

This research explores the incorporation of sustainable leadership practices within entrepreneurial ventures and further examines how leaders integrate sustainability into their business models while leading/managing organizations. As Common global challenges such as climate change and resource scarcity become increasingly pressing, the role of entrepreneurial leaders in running sustainable innovation is paramount. The researchers investigated earlier; however, the implication is rendered and a gap was found. So, this study examines the leadership traits that facilitate the implementation of sustainability principles, including vision, adaptability, ethical decision-making, and collaborative engagement.  It aims to identify best practices and strategies that promote environmental stewardship while achieving economic viability. Random analysis was used to validate the study of 200 (131 males and 69 females) employees of various private and public originations including e-commerce, trading, food/hotels, telecom companies, retailers and franchise holders, and multiple universities from the area of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Quetta Pakistan. Additionally, the researcher identified and gathered data from books and articles discovered in electrical archives as well as from a few publications. The findings will contribute to understanding sustainable entrepreneurship and provide actionable insights for current and aspiring leaders, highlighting the critical interaction between effective leadership and sustainable business practices in creating long-term value in their business models.
