In the context of developing countries, Electronic-Human Resource Management (E-HRM) is introduced a new term. The objective of the study and research is to examine the effects of Electronic-HRM on human resource effectiveness as a mediator and organizational performance. This study aims to analyses the effects of EHRM in private sector/firms, with human resource effectiveness taken into account in terms of organizational performance. The EHRM built enhanced functionality that emphasizes communication, information, and technology. The term E-HRM refers to the HR operations that businesses that use online services are required to perform. A growing number of studies believe that E-HRM will become more mainstream, resulting in significant improvements in organizational performance. Where the Electronic-HRM system supports the HR functions and needs of the organization via the internet. E-HRM oversees cutting-edge HR operations, resulting in firm survival and profitability.
